Q: Which languages do you provide interpreting and translation for?

A: We cover a vast range of languages including British English, Arabic, Bengali, Mandarin, Cantonese, Dari, Farsi, Pashto, Hindi, Kurdish Sorani, Kurdish Kurmanji, Portuguese, Punjabi, Russian, Sinhalese, Sylheti, Tagalog, Tamil, Turkish, Urdu, and Vietnamese. We also specialise in African languages such as Amharic, Bravanese, Lingala, Oromo, Somali, Swahili, and Tigrinya, as well as European languages including Albanian, Bulgarian, French, Georgian, German, Hungarian, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Polish, Romanian, Spanish, and Ukrainian.

Q: Which areas do you cover for interpreting services?

A: We provide services across England. We cover all of Greater London (including Westminster, Camden, Islington, Kensington and Chelsea, Ealing, Harrow, Croydon, Greenwich). We also serve the Home Counties and surrounding towns including Watford, Slough, Reading, St Albans, Luton, Milton Keynes, Basingstoke, Woking, and Stevenage. Additionally, we cover major UK cities such as Birmingham, Manchester, Bristol, Coventry, Leicester, Nottingham, and Southampton.

Q: Do you provide certified translations?

A: Yes, we provide certified translations from other languages into British English and vice versa. These are suitable for legal documents, marriage, divorce and birth certificates, graduation certificates, and official immigration or asylum documentation.

Q: What types of interpreting services are available?

A: We offer in-person (face-to-face) interpreting and verified virtual interpreting options. This includes Zoom conferences, WhatsApp Calls, Microsoft Teams Video Calls, Telephonic interpreting, and Video Link interpreting. We specialise in services for Home Office Interviews, solicitors, legal aid agencies, therapy, counter-trafficking, and family issues.

Q: What qualifications do your interpreters hold?

A: Our interpreters hold at least a Level 3 interpreting certificate or above. They are qualified to handle sensitive assignments for solicitors, asylum claims, immigration firms, and private individual clients.

Q: How long does a document translation take?

A: Our standard turnaround time for a certificate translation is 48 hours. However, the final timeframe depends on the volume of pages and the word count of the documents provided.
